Whoosh lines tutorial part 1

Some of you might not know how to do this, so I'm throwing it out there for you. There's one way to do it. It's good for black and white, but it doesn't do anything for color work. You just do filter>noise>add noise [monochromatic, all the way] Then motion blur [all the way or to taste]. Simple right? But for colors, here's one way to do it. Forgive the crummy drawing, but this about the whoosh lines. Whoosh lines, dammit!
